Visual Evidence For Victims (VEV) is a project designed to take approved photographs of injuries.
The project can also store photographs securely so that they will be available if you you decide to report the crime later on. There are organisations across the West Midlands who have been trained and approved to take these photographs and will store them should you wish to report to the police at a later date. Staff at The Glade are trained to offer VEV to self referral clients.

If you are a female, male or transgender sex worker you can sign up to the National Ugly Mugs Pilot Scheme for FREE and receive warnings about dangerous individuals who are a threat to you. If you are a victim of a crime you can report this to Ugly Mugs and they will use the information to warn other sex workers and only if you consent we will pass the information (without any of your personal details) to police intelligence to help bring these dangerous criminals to justice.
